Warranty, Return & Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a product defect, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 40 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please contact us for a refund inquiry.

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following return situations

• Canceling orders after dispatch from the warehouse
• Buyer’s accidental returns

What to Do Before Obtaining After-Sales Service

• Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
• In some cases, it may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection.

Valid proof of purchase:

• Order ID and Invoice ID from online purchases made through Avoline3D.

Not included in warranty coverage if:

• There is no warranty coverage for any 3d printed model (But don't hesitate to contact us first).
• The warranty won't cover any damages caused by careless handling of the user.
